Volunteer Projects
Here are some of the volunteer/hobby projects I have had the opportunity to help out with. Please get in touch in if you would like help with solar systems or alpine hut construction/trail building.
Automatic watering systems
Designed and built an automatic watering system for use in growth chambers or greenhouses with the help of Dylan Moxley and Hani Dawood.
Alpine hut maintenance
Work on door, roof, stove, and floor replacements in alpine huts
Outhouse building and emptying
Trail building
Trail clearing, rerouting, building
Tool maintenance (chainsaw, brushsaw, loppers)
Federation of Mountain Clubs of BC - Recreation and Conservation committee

Attended meetings with Squamish and Lil’wat Nations, BC Parks and the Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development to plan trail and parks development in British Columbia.
Varsity Outdoor Club President

Managed the UBC Varsity Outdoor Club during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, ran weekly meetings, managed an exec of 20 students, set guidelines following the public health restrictions, led a club of 1000 members through the pandemic.
